Purple Fluorite crystals from Greenlaws Mine, Weardale, Durham, UK – 175g
A good group of glassy Fluorite crystals to 30mm across with small brown siderite crystals on some crystal faces. The Fluorite, as is usual for the area, has an excellent bright purple UV fluorescence giving it a purplish colour in sunlight but is pale yellowish brown under artificial lighting. Because of this please note the photographs have been taken under daylight with its natural UV light and the first three photographed under LED lighting. 70X45x40mm £70
