An rare and unusual locality piece consisting of small green Epidote crystals with a few Quartz crystals coating the top and bottom surfaces of a sliver of Borrowdale Volcanics rock matrix.  Collected by Brian Young, formerly of the British Geological Survey, from a small quarry in Greystoke Forest - the area between the Caldbeck Fells and Penrith.
