Small modified black lustrous pseudocubic Corkite crystals across in cavities in a matrix of broken quartz cemented together by a mixture of Goethite and rich greenish golden brown Corkite. The Corkite crystals and fractures are partly coated by a sugary coating of white Plumbogummite. This piece came from an exposure of the Roughton Gill lodes on Iron Crag discovered in the early 1990's and covered over in scree a few years later.
