Small masses of Bismuth with bright needles of Bismuthinite are developed along fractures in the granite matrix.  The Bismuth can be seen on two faces of the specimen and the Bismuthinite crystals are mainly on one face.  There is yellow staining also present which may be Bismutite.  Best appreciated under magnification.
