Small masses of Aragonite are found generally infilling cavities in Dolomite in the Quartz vein at Glenderaterra Mine.  This specimen has a couple of rare free standing crystals to over 10mm spanning a cavity in Quartz with a small area of the more usual infilling of Aragonite a few centimetres further over.
